**Eligibility Criteria:**
– Anglers must prominently display Str8 Up Mounts logos and branding on their fishing gear, including boats and jerseys, throughout the tournament season.

**Verification Process:**
– Anglers must provide documentation, such as tournament standings, photos, and other relevant proof, to verify their championship win or highest non-winning angler status.
– Str8 Up Mounts reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may request additional information if necessary.

**Payment Process:**
– Bonuses will be distributed within 30 days of the conclusion of the NPFL Bass Series season.
– Payment will be made via check or electronic transfer, based on the angler’s preference and provided information during registration.

**Promotion and Marketing:**
– Str8 Up Mounts will actively promote the Contingency Program through various channels, including social media, the official NPFL Bass Series website, and other relevant platforms.

**Program Duration:**
– The Str8 Up Mounts Contingency Program will be applicable for the current 2024 NPFL Bass Series season.

**Amendments and Termination:**
– Str8 Up Mounts reserves the right to amend or terminate the Contingency Program at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
