For the anglers in the top ten, one big bag could be enough to steal the win this week in Texarkana. Conditions made things tougher overall, and added pressure from three days of fishing is really taking its toll on the field.
Overall, the only limit reported unofficially belongs to Keith Carson. Leader Barron Adams has four fish on the day and with that a 5-pound lead at the mid-day point. Others in the top five are reporting a few fish with Adams reporting a 5.5-pound class bass.
The afternoon has been better in general, and the post-frontal conditions should make or break the event for the top anglers in the last few hours.
