Finale Friday – Mid Day Update
As the final hours tick down, we have seen some changes in both the weather and anglers making moves on the Weigh Live Tracker. As of now, it seems like a tougher day on the anglers even though there are several double-digit limits. There are 15 five bass limits reported as of the midpoint of the day. The rain and overcast conditions this morning have given way to sunny skies for the afternoon and it may make the fishing better.

The leader coming into the final day Patrick Walters has filled a limit with back-to-back keepers fishing offshore brush piles and now has a double-digit limit of around 12-pounds unofficially. Walters is throwing Zoom Mag Trick Worm and fishing slowly through brush piles.

Matt Massey jumped out to the early lead on the day with over 11-pounds and Pug Clements worked his marina for a 13-pound limit to jump up early in the day before Walters went on a tear catching several fish and regained his lead.

Todd Goade has the day’s biggest limit so far with 13-pounds, 10-ounces and has jumped way up the leaderboard after a tough start to his tournament on day one. Goade also has a 5-pound kicker in his bag and room to upgrade.

TOP 10 @ NOON:
Patrick Walters 42-4
Matt Massey 40-5
