It is all but over on Amistad as only the afternoon remains on Showdown Saturday. Brandon Perkins has lead the first two days and carried a 12-pound lead with him at launch this morning. Perkins got off to a quick start this morning boating a few smaller keepers and according to the Weigh Live Tracker, he has a 6.5-pound lunker to anchor his four fish bag, at the moment. Perkins is showing just under 10-pounds unofficially and has plenty of room to grow his weight.

Behind him, Jesse Wise is checking in with 49-pounds total, around 12 pounds back of Perkins, and has reported three bass for 13-pounds total on the day, including a 10-pound lunker. It would take the right angler to string several big fish together to have a shot to catch Perkins.

Behind them, Patrick Walters is reporting an almost 10-pound limit and Jason Wilson in fourth with 8-pounds on the day. In fifth, Randy Sullivan has 10-pounds on the day. A big mover, local angler Nick Brown has over 20-pounds on the day and has jumped to sixth place currently with a 9-pound bass reported on the unofficial Weigh Live Tracker.

The weigh-in this afternoon begins at 4:00 PM CST on TNPFL.com.

The top ten look like this:
Brandon Perkins 60-13
