With a few hours left until the first flight checks in, there are changes at the top!

Unofficially, it’s Hunter Sales with the big charge on Showdown Saturday. The Weigh Live Tracker has him over 15 pounds on the day with a 4-pound “lunker” to anchor his bag. Sales had a strong day two with over 16 pounds and has plenty of time to build. He is just ahead of Jason Burroughs, who had a slow day two that may end up costing him in the end.

Burroughs is reporting a 5-pound, 12-ounce bass in his bag of over 13 pounds. One or two better quality bass and he will put himself in a position to take the victory. Behind him, Trent Palmer has a slow start on day one and has climbed his way to the top of a lake he is very familiar with. Palmer has over 14 pounds on the day and should put himself in contention.

The day two leader, Mike Corbishley, is having his slowest day as of now. He has one quality fish in his bag and a lot of room to improve. Look for him to reclaim the lead as the afternoon progresses. Rounding out the top five, Justin Kimmel has won on Hartwell in the past and is looking to do the same on the final day. The weights are super tight and one big bite could make someone $100,000 richer at the weigh-in.

The top ten looks like this:
Hunter Sales 41-7
Jason Burroughs 41-0
Trent Palmer 40-10
Mike Corbishley 38-10
Justin Kimmel 36-15
Christian Nash 36-0
Kyle Welcher 35-13
Chris Kinley 35-11
Richard Kee 35-9
Bailey Gay 34-12

The weigh-in this afternoon begins at 3:00 PM EST on TNPFL.com, with the last flight weighing in first, followed by the leaders to round out the tournament.
