And just like that, we have a new leader. Jeff Dobson filled a limit that is estimated at 13-pounds, 9-ounces with a 3.5-pound kicker. At this point in the day, the numbers of limits have grown to seven with 6 bags larger than 10-pounds. 48 anglers have recorded a fish catch on the Weigh Live Tracker.

On the water photographer Tanner Lyons was with Dobson as he took the lead and noted Dobson relying on a finesse jig and is targeting boulders and wood on the steep creek pocket banks. Dobson has changed up his area to more main lake focused stuff looking for 18” plus smallmouth to try and seal the deal.
