Showdown Saturday is here, and $100,000 is up for grabs for one angler. After two days of fishing, Georgia angler Will Harkins sits in control with a daunting list of names looking to make a charge on the final day.

In addition to the first place $100,000 to the winner, 39 other anglers are fighting for the top 40 and Bass Cat Boat owners in the NPFL can earn an additional $7,500 for qualifying events via the Bass Cat Quest Tournament Rewards Program, and the NPFL $5,000 bonus check for highest placing qualified finisher.

Harkins took over the lead on Friday after two consistent bags of 16 pounds, 9 ounces on day one, and his largest bag of the event, weighing 16 pounds, 9 ounces on Friday. His two-day total of 33 pounds, 6 ounces takes a 2-pound, 9-ounce lead with him to launch this morning.

On his heels, with increasing weights each day, David Williams is a veteran of professional angling. Williams started the event with 14 pounds, 10 ounces on day one, and added 16 pounds, 3 ounces yesterday to move into the second-place spot.

Both Harkins and Williams are targeting shoreline features with reaction-style baits to catch their fish. Unlike Harkins, who is running mostly new water each day, Williams has settled into an area and is rotating stretches throughout the day.

Behind them, Brock Bila caught the biggest bag of the second day with 17 pounds, 11 ounces. Bila, who started on day one with 12 pounds, 11 ounces, put a few bigger bites in the boat on day two. He located fresh areas in the afternoon and is looking forward to getting out there this morning.

In fourth and fifth place, Joseph Webster and Jason Burroughs are at the top with either a big day one or day two. Burroughs took the day one lead with 17 pounds, 2 ounces, and stumbled a little on day two with 12 pounds, 12 ounces. Webster had a slower day one with 12 pounds, 6 ounces, and added 17 pounds, 13 ounces on day two.

Rest of the best:
Buddy Gross 29-11
Isaac Peavyhouse 28-6
Kyle Welcher 27-14
JTodd Tucker 27-1
Richard Kee 26-6
